I'm the co-founder of Gaia Wellbeing Collective CIC, a Community Interest Company dedicated to making the transformative power of nature, movement, connection, and community accessible to everyone. At its heart, Gaia Collective is about building community, bringing people together to heal, connect, and grow. With a foundation in research and a commitment to data-driven impact, our ultimate goal is to become the go-to provider for social prescribing, bridging the gap between traditional healthcare and community care. Gaia is more than a collective, it’s a movement redefining wellbeing as a way of being.
Facilitating women’s circles is a calling close to my heart – a space where connection, sharing, and growth unfold in deeply transformative ways. I’m trauma-informed, have done Authentic Relating Training (ART) Levels 1 and 2 (Embodiment edition), and I completed my circle facilitation training with Tessa and Julia at circleholding.org. I am devoted to creating sacred, nurturing environments where women feel seen, heard, and supported. Thanks to funding from the Greenwich Healthier Communities programme, we now run FREE ongoing weekly women’s circles at Plot 9 Maze Hill, in Greenwich. This project is the start of a bigger vision – to make circles widely accessible and one day recognised within the NHS as an essential part of community wellbeing.Much of this work happens through Gaia, though I also offer independent facilitation for those wishing to host or join a circle.
Lomi Lomi is more than just a massage, it’s a sacred practice rooted in presence, connection, and flow. This Hawaiian-inspired bodywork nurtures not only the body but also the mind and spirit, encouraging deep relaxation and a profound sense of harmony. Certified by Dan Joy at stayintouch.earth, I bring this practice to life with a focus on creating safe and nurturing spaces where healing can unfold.During the summer, I primarily offer Lomi Lomi at festivals and camps, where it complements the energy of community and celebration. I also offer Lomi Lomi sessions by appointment from my home in SE London. Get in touch if you’re interested and want to book a time.
Soma, meaning 'the body as lived from within,' invites us to reconnect with our inner world, exploring movement, sensation, and presence as pathways to healing and self-discovery. Through practices like contact improvisation, ecstatic dance, and cuddle therapy, I’ve learned the art of connection, within myself and with others. These experiences inspire the spaces I facilitate, where people can move, feel, and connect in transformative ways.Much of this work happens through Gaia, but I’m also available to bring these practices to other spaces. Get in touch if you’re interested in co-creating a space for movement and connection where you are.
I am also an Ecologist with a PhD from Reading University, where I spent years teaching and researching. Though I’ve left academia behind, I continue to lend my expertise to consultancy projects that explore the intricate web of biodiversity. My scientific journey shapes everything I do, including the work through Gaia, where we weave evidence-based practices and measure the impact of everything we do. Each offering is grounded in the quiet power of research and the wisdom of the natural world, ensuring that connection and healing are as rooted in science as they are in spirit.
